Highly Recommend Fizber For Sale by Owner. I wanted to totally avoid the commission cost for selling a house. Fizber was an excellent chose to get the house listed on Fizber, Zillow, and Trulia. The buyer inquired about the house on Fizber. I called them, scheduled a tour and they made an offer on the house within one day. No real estate agent was used by the owner or the buyer. I retained a real estate attorney to handle the legal paperwork for very little cost compared to paying large commissions. I highly recommend Fizber if you want to sell a house as a For Sale of Owner and avoid the commission cost.

First I tried the conventional route with a realtor listing on the MLS. I have to say the agent did a really good job with the listing, it just didn't happen. I then decided to do the non-traditional method of listing through Fizber. This worked, but still took a while to get a serious offer. This was mostly due to the location, which is slow to recover from the recession. I recommended Fizber to a good friend and he sold in less than a month. I find it amazing how potential buyers don't figure out the home is for sale by the owner. I mean we were listed on the MLS by a real estate broker through Fizber, just like a traditional sale, but no one noticed the broker was many miles away from the address of my property.
